What mental and spiritual powers will we need to get through 2026 peacefully?
The complex reality in which we live is different from anything we have experienced in the past decades.
Intense changes will occur in the world in the coming year, and the process had already began.
In order to survive and thrive in such a challenging period, we are required to activate special powers within ourselves, which are not similar to the mental resources we needed in quieter and calmer years.
On the beginning of the civil year, I asked the Hebrew letters for guidance regarding the direction in which we should go and what to focus on.
The letter that came out in the reading is the letter Vav (ו).
The letter Vav (ו) is associated with the earth element and the sign of Taurus.
The letter Vav connects between the spheres Keter (Crown) and Chochma (Wisdom) in the Tree of Life model, and created the sign of Libra and the planet Venus.
Its gematric value is 6 – the number of harmony and balance.
This is the letter of connection and mediation between opposing elements, the letter of arbitration and support.
It represents integrity, justice and perfection.
Vav ו is also associated with taking responsibility and caring for others.
Which of the empowering qualities of the letter Vav should we embrace in order to successfully deal with the complex reality we will experience in 2026?
- We must develop the power of adaptation,
- Achieve wholeness and self-containment, connect with ourselves and others,
- Develop the ability to connect and mediate, to make peace, to know that two opposites or two opponents can live peacefully side by side,
- We must learn to tell the truth even if it is unpleasant,
- Develop good judgment,
- Become a stable and responsible pillar that supports others without taking the center of attention, and always find the golden path.
The earthly qualities of the letter Vav will help us achieve material stability, and a life of comfort and luxury if we learn to overcome conflicts and take our ego out of the picture.
At the beginning of the New Year, let us inscribe the empowering qualities of the letter Vav within ourselves,
so that we may become vessels for peacemaking and tolerance,
so that we may be responsible and devoted to the people around us,
so that we may spread love, balance and harmony,
so that in the coming year we may enjoy peace and tranquility, human unity, and a sense of security and stability.
What do we do to assimilate the power of the letter Vav within ourselves?
This can be done through meditation or visualization:
Sit comfortably in a quiet place, close your eyes, breathe deeply and relax.
Visualize the letter Vav shining before your third eye,
Imagine that a great light descends from infinity and passes through it, radiating it upon you.
The frequency of the letter Vav penetrates the body, illuminating you from the inside and out with a healing glow.
This is how the frequency of the letter passes to us and is assimilated into the body and mind.
Ask that the power of the letter Vav strengthens you and give you the mental resources to meet the challenges ahead of you.
