This time, I want to talk to you about the great mental and emotional burden that our expectations impose on us, and what we can do to relieve ourselves.
Much of the frustration and tension we experience in life stems from the gap between what already exists in our lives, and what we want to achieve or become.
The collective belief system that controls our matrix has a great talent for convincing us that we will be happy and satisfied if we only achieve certain things, or that other people or the universe are supposed to fulfill our expectations.
As a result, we live with a constant sense of deficiency:
What we have already achieved is not good enough,
what we already have is irrelevant compared to what we think we deserve.
We are disappointed with life or other people, and it is difficult for us to accept the absence that exists in our lives at present.
Our disappointments stem from unfulfilled expectations.
When we are disappointed, it indicates that we believe that reality was supposed to proceed according to our plan or will.
The bitterness and frustration that grow in us from continuous disappointments toxicate our lives.
They create a cloudy and distorted screen through which we look at the world.
Bitterness is actually a prison that we build for ourselves, in which we preserve the insults and disappointments from the past.
When we focus only on the negativity that is happening in our lives right now, even the good things that we have already achieved seem to be taken from us.
We fail to notice them.
The universe pushes us to grow, to develop physically and spiritually, and we must not ignore the basic inner drive that is rooted in us for growth, and for accumulating achievements.
We should strive for more, because our desire is indeed a vessel for attracting abundance.
If we truly strive to grow, we must stop being disappointed...
Our starting point should be appreciation and gratitude.
This is called humility.
In Kabbalah, the attribute of humility is considered one of the most important qualities.
It creates space within us to absorb a supplement of light and abundance.
Humility is not self-abasement or diminishing our worth.
True humility is an accurate recognition of our place in the world –
an understanding that we are a small part of a larger fabric, in which everything is done by the will of Heaven, and according to a great and precise cosmic plan that is carried out in perfection.
The recognition that the universe does not operate according to the desires planted in us by our ego, and that we are not the ones running world.
Humility helps us recognize that we do not know everything and that we cannot control everything.
It is not a weakness but a strength - it allows us to see reality as it is, without the need to protect the ego.
Humility is the recognition that we are perfect at any given moment in the process of our development, this is where the Creator has led us,
and that we are in a constant process of growth. Still evolving.
Humility allows us to see ourselves and reality clearly, without the influence of the ego that distorts the picture.
If we truly strive to grow, develop, and achieve, humility offers us an easier and brighter path.
Humility includes the ability to appreciate the good things that already exist in our lives, given to us out of the Creator's desire to benefit His creatures.
We must not take these gifts for granted.
When we adopt the quality of humility, we free ourselves from the illusion that our expectations of life plant in us,
and create space within us to receive abundance and light.
It is highly recommended to adopt these principles in our awareness, because they will save us a lot of pain.

If you look too far into the past or future, you will not be able to notice the flowers blooming right at your feet.
The good things that happen to you in life are not planted in the past, they are happening at this moment.
Be grateful for all that you have now.
Act humbly and know that it is the Divine channel of abundance that nourishes your life.
